What Happens After You Join?

Once you join the program, you’ll receive a Welcome Email containing your digital onboarding documents. These forms help me understand your physical goals, your current mental battery, and how I can best support you on "low-energy" days.

I will personally review every detail of your intake forms. If I have any questions or need clarification to ensure your program is safe and effective, I will reach out to you directly via email or chat.

Once your onboarding documents are submitted, I get to work. You will receive your custom-built program and full access to the Workout Tracking App within 3 business days.

OPTIONAL

Once your plan is ready, you’ll have the choice to book a 15-minute 'Plan Walkthrough' via Zoom or phone to go over the details together.
